Jane Ann Fogle Johnson
Jane Ann Fogle Johnson, of Paris, widow of Bobby Ray Johnson, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, at the age of 79 years. Jane was born on December 20, 1944, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Frances Fogle, was a high school graduate, a former employee of Western Electric, Bourbon Laundry, as well as Georgetown Cable, and was a member of the Baptist faith. Jane was an amazing woman, known for being stubbornly independent. The loss and pain she endured in this life without giving up is a testament of her faith in God, who strengthened her daily. Jane was a fun loving, honest lady who enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and playing the accordion. Her family always knew they were prayed for daily by this special lady. She was quick to give you a quirky look that always made you smile. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Billie Jo Wood Berryman, and her siblings, Donnie Keller, Fred Keller, Jackie Fogle, and Imogene Fogle.
Surviving are her daughters, Cindy Walker, Teri (Chris) Gordon, Tina (Tommy) Thornsburg; grandchildren, Greg Ward, Tia (Ron) Lilly, Heather Lawson, Stephanie Valentin, Kayla Gordon, Emily Gordon, Ashley Limberis, Jordan Berryman, Julia Sparks, Brittany Wood, Noah Buckler, and Elizabeth Buckler. Also surviving are many great grandchildren.
The funeral service for Jane Ann Fogle Johnson will be at 12 Noon on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Celebrant Sharon Berry officiating. Interment will follow in Paris cemetery with casket bearers being Chris Gordon, Scotty Berryman, Joey Creech, Ron Biddle, Tia Lilly, and Noah Buckler.
