Candice “Candy” Kay Williams

Candice “Candy” Kay Williams, age 60, of Paris, departed this life on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Candy was born in Paris on June 7, 1965, the daughter of the late Willa Katherine Jones Clark, was an avid U.K. fan, enjoyed listening to Brooks and Dunn, working in her flower garden, and especially loved her dog, Maggie. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Nellie and William Jones, as well as her long-time partner, Jason Perry.
She is survived by her grandsons, Trey Stout, Donovan Griggs, Javon Griggs, Devin Griggs; great-grandchildren, Izzah Stout, and Kaiyah Stout. Also surviving are her sisters, Renee (Floyd) Buckler, Jerri Ann (John) Smith; and her best friend, Mary Jane Thornberry.
The visitation for Candice “Candy” Kay Williams was from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with service following at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Cecil Wayne Curtis. www.hintonturner.com
