Wilma’s early life in West Liberty set the stage for a life full of love and devotion to her family. It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we mourn the passing of Wilma Jean, who was the cherished matriarch of our family, leaving behind a legacy of enduring love and treasured memories. She was the devoted mother of Keith (Jennifer) Johnson, Billy (Michelle) Tipton, and Vickie (Gary) Howard. Her presence will be dearly missed by her adoring grandchildren Connor Johnson, Tommy Tomlin, Jeremy Tomlin, Amanda Crouch, and Jackie Tipton, who brought immense joy and pride to her life.

A dedicated worker, Wilma retired from Steamliner Carpet Cleaners where she fostered not only a strong work ethic but also long-lasting friendships. The void left by Wilma’s passing can never be filled, but her spirit will continue to resonate through the countless lives she touched. As we bid her farewell, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of enduring love, unwavering support, and the precious moments that define the essence of family.
