Bourbon Allen Graves
Bourbon Allen Graves, husband of Belinda Crouch Graves, departed this life on Monday, October 21, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, at the age of 60 years. Bourbon was born in Paris, Kentucky, on December 17, 1963, son of Tommy Reid Graves and the late William Reese Graves, was a graduate of Bourbon County High School, and attended Lexington Community College. He worked as a farmer, being the maintenance manager at local horse farms, was a member of the Little Rock Volunteer Fire Department, helped with the local 4-H members as a shooting coach, enjoyed hunting, especially dove hunting, and loved his dogs. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Curry Reid Graves, and in laws, Keith and Wanda Crouch.
Surviving along with his wife and mother, is a son, Keith (Beth) Graves; a daughter, Brandy Graves; grandchildren, Ella Graves, and Reid Graves. Also surviving are his sisters, Reeca Ann Dawes, Josie (Brad) Taylor, Katie (Cory) White; a brother-in-law, Terry (Dawn) Crouch, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; special friends and family, Shawna (Greg) Hatton, and Kim and Eddie Roe.
There will be memorial gathering of family and friends on Sunday evening, October 27, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. A memorial service will be on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Rex Graham officiating.
