Patricia “Pat” Joyce Vance Dryden
Patricia “Pat” Joyce Vance Dryden, 84, widow of the late Eugene Dryden, died Sunday, June 12, 2022, at the Bourbon Heights Nursing Home, Paris, KY.
She was born in Nicholas County, KY, to the late Bert and Mollie Guy Vance. She was a retired cook at Grand Haven Nursing Home, Cynthiana, KY, a homemaker and a member of the Trinity First Church of God.
She is survived by two children, Pamela (Larry) Tucker and Jeffery Riddle; nine grandchildren, Chasitey (Adam) Hayes, Brittany (Matthew) Parsons, Bradley Tucker, Amanda (Jarred) Eaves, Joseph Tucker, Amber Hill, Megan (Charlie) Hardbarger, Jacob (Erica) Riddle and Travis Newcomb; several great grandchildren; two brothers, John (Kathi) Vance and Gary Michael “Mike” Vance; three sisters, Helen McKee, Linda Dryden and Margaret Vance and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Beverly Furline; one great grandson, Parker Parsons; four brothers, Garland Vance, Jimmy Vance, Ricky Vance and Gene Vance and one sister, Wanda Bussell.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY, by Jerry Tucker. Burial will follow in the Battlegrove Cemetery, Cynthiana, KY.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2022, until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Tucker, Bradley Tucker, Adam Hayes, Charlie Hardbarger, Jacob Riddle, Jarred Eaves, Larkin Eaves and Travis Newcomb.
