Beluah Mae Vernon Moore

Beulah Mae Vaughn Moore, age 89, a retired Fifth Third Bank Vice President, widow of Thomas B. “Buddy” Moore, died Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Bourbon Community Hospital.  She was born July 8, 1933 in Pendleton County, daughter of the late Bart and Anna Mae Godman Vaughn, and was a graduate of Morgan High School.  Beulah was an active member of Calvary Christian Church and the Ladies Circle.  She was an inspiration to all of her family and friends.  She was cherished and will be sadly missed.

Beulah is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Destry and Martha Moore; a grandson, Joseph (Jessica) Moore; three great grandchildren, Ava, Hazel, and Caden Moore; two sisters, Betty Blakeman, Jo (Roy Bickley) Schmitt; two brothers, Russell (Wanda) Vaughn, Gayle (Judy) Vaughn, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.  In addition to her husband and parents, Beulah was preceded in death by a son, John Thomas Moore; and three brothers, Delbert, Estille, and Ronald Vaughn.

The family extends special appreciation to the staff of Bourbon Community Hospital for their exceptional love and care.

Funeral services was  11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Minister Ronnie Hupp officiating.  Burial was in the Pythian Grove Cemetery, Berry, Kentucky.  Casket bearers were Joseph Moore, Nathan Million, Mario Aguilar, Andrew Vaughn, Bradley Vaughn, and Bart Vaughn.  Visitation was 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.  Donations are suggested to Calvary Christian Church, 610 Clintonville Road, Paris, KY 40361.  www.hintonturner.com
