Ruth Vernon Saylor Tucker

Ruth Vernon Saylor Tucker, 80, died Sunday, June 11, 2023, at the Bourbon Heights Nursing Home, Paris, KY.
A native of Paris, KY, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Carlos Saylor and Axie Myrtle Fay Walton Curran. She worked for KY Textiles for 31 years. She loved mystery novels, movies and shows, crossword puzzles, and songs.
She is survived by two children, Lucinda Ann (Willie Joe) Blanton and Roy Thomas (Kelly) Tolliver; two grandchildren, Billie Mussman and Thomas James Tolliver; two great-grandchildren, Robert “Bo” Mussman and James Mussman; two step-grandchildren, Evelyn Deaton and Tracey Deaton; three sisters, Beulah Warger, Dorothy (Ernie) Robinson and Ruby Beheler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Cheyenne Kaye Tolliver; three brothers, Leonard Saylor, Len Saylor, and Bobby Saylor and two sisters, Nora Mae Saylor and Barbara Tobin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, June 19, 2023 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Eric Geary. Burial will be in the Paris Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of service on Monday, June 19, 2023, at the funeral home.
