Kenya Renee Cunningham Higgins

Kenya Renee Cunningham Higgins, 31, wife of Jermaine Andre Higgins, died Thursday, February 11, 2021.

She was born in Lexington, KY to Kenneth and Debra Crooks Cunningham. She was a homemaker, a member of the Total Grace Baptist Church, Lexington, KY and a graduate of Paris High School.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also survived by three children, Kaylee Amere Higgins, Aniya Renee Nesbit and Jaylah Amarii Higgins; two sisters, Stephanie Denice Murray and Jamie Yolanda Murray; niece and nephews, Jazmyne Murray, Jalen Murray and Caden Murray and a host of cousins and extended family.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Nancy Crooks and Grant Crooks and paternal grandparents, Bernice Garrett and Wilson Cunningham.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Monday, February 22, 2021, at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Rev. Aaron Crumbie. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memory Gardens, Paris, KY.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 22, 2021, until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Shelby Young, Eddie Oliver, Odell Cosby, William Gillespie, D.J. Oliver and Ronnie English.

The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY.
