Michelle Louise Morgan Smith, 62, died Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Ruth Black Morgan. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Edgemont Nursing home and formerly worked at Dollar Tree. She loved to dance and attended the Macedonia Baptist Church, Cynthiana, KY.
She is survived by five children, Vincent Charles Smith, Whitley Smith, Marlon Johnson, William Johnson, and Charles Johnson; her beloved nine grandchildren, Sky Rawlings, Mehki Johnson, Marlon Johnson III, Alani Young-Johnson, Aniya Johnson, A’lilah Marshal-Johnson, Syncer Johnson, Nasir Johnson, and Essence Smith; one sister, Julie A. (Michael) Johnson; one brother, Robbie L. Morgan; one great aunt, Bonnie Glenn; two great uncles, Wayne Glenn and Kent (Lisa) Glenn; cousins, Bonnie (Buddy) Westmoreland, Jeff Black, Nancy Black, and Leslie Redmond; a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins; very special friends, Mioeka C. Morse, Mrs. Dee, Mrs. Carol, Mr. Sidney, and Mr. Larry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one uncle, Archie D. (Patricia) Black; grandmother, Minnie Louise Black; great-grandmother, Anna (Glenn) Stewart; two great aunts, Gracie (Bert) Russ and Billie (Fred) Stanley.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Rev. Jacques Wiggington and Rev. Amos Mason. Burial will be in the Cherry Grove Cemetery, Cynthiana, KY.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday, February 18th at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Marlon Johnson II, William Johnson, Charles Johnson, Deshawn Howard, Mattevius Robinson, Shamon Brown, and Christonio Young.
